The Dale Room is 8.8m by 6.5m, with a ceiling height of 2.53m at its highest point and 2.4m at its lowest. The doorway is 1.71m wide and 2.05m high.

The room includes a digital screen, laptop, inbuilt speakers and WiFi.
The Dale Room is wheelchair accessible and has an induction loop. There is an adapted toilet on this level, and assistance dogs are welcome.

The minimum number for catering is 12 people.
The Dale Room is available from morning to evening, seven days a week.
